1. Which alcohol can use this kind of chiller?
Normally the liquor above 30% degree can used this chiller for cooling.
2. What's the lowest temperature does the machine could cool down to?How about the capacity?
It can cool down to -8C within 45 minutes, if you give it more time, it can cool down to -15C or more.The capacity is 1.8L.
3. How long does it take for the machine cool to -8C?
Within 30- 45 minutes at an ambient temp under 30 centigrade degree. If ambient temp is higher than 30 centigrade degree, then the time will be a little longer.
4. Can the machine cool 2 different liquors?
Of course, this is a liquor chiller machine with double tank inside and two tap outside. So you can cool two different kinds of liquor and serve them at the same time.
